Macquarie Anglican Grammar School

Congratulations to our Year 6 Chess team who competed at the Dubbo Zone Primary Chess Competition on Thursday 18 August.

Our team of Adam Pendlebury, Sam Ray, Larissa Elder and Harry Hawkins represented Macquarie and finished equal second (out of 18 teams)!

Chess is a lunchtime club run by Mr De Lyall every Tuesday and is open to students from Years 3 to 6. Chess is one of the many Co-curricular activities on offer to our Junior School students.
